Seth Riklin
President & CEO
Seth has his degree in Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He was awarded a J. D. from the University of Houston Law Center. He has practiced law representing publicly and privately held corporations, as well as financial institutions. He served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of First City Bancorporation, a Thirty-eight billion-dollar bank holding company at the time. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel to a large privately held manufacturing firm. He is currently the vice-chairman of a nationally recognized charitable organization that provides housing for the elderly. He also serves on the board of governors of an international charity and service organization. He is a graduate of Leadership 2000 Class of The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce. He has been recognized in Who’s Who in American Law, 10th Edition. He is a Captain and Aviator in the U.S. Civil Air Patrol.
Alvin Meth
Vice President & COO
Mr. Meth is responsible for wind assessment, environmental evaluation, wind farm modeling, wind farm design, development, and operation. Alvin Meth began his career designing Electronic Countermeasures equipment for ITT Avionics and Raytheon’s Electromagnetic Systems Division. He was the Program Manager of several Air Force design and development contracts. At Verizon, he was Program Manager of Outside Plant (OSP) Alternative Delivery deployment and Adaptive Engineering program. Mr. Meth received a BSEE from Fairleigh Dickinson University, MS from Columbia University, is a licensed Professional Engineer in NJ, holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and is a certified Professional Project Manager (PMP).

Pete Delkus
Director of Meteorology & Wind Sciences
Pete Delkus is Chief Meteorologist at a television station in Dallas, TX. He has over two and half decades of meteorology experience which includes extensive work in severe weather, hurricane forecasting, wind analysis and winter storm prediction. Pete has completed extensive studies at the Texas Tech Severe Storm Lab, the National Weather Service’s Severe Storm Predication Center and NOAA’s National Severe Storms Laboratory both in Norman, Oklahoma. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville and did his Master level meteorology work at Mississippi State University. He is board certified by the American Meteorological Society and the National Weather Association and holds a Seal of Approval from these two organizations.
John McNair
Director of Land Acquisition
John McNair leads the land acquisition efforts for Hill Country Wind Power. John is responsible for wind project identification, land strategy, and acquisition, landowner relations, GIS, and cartography. Prior to Hill Country Wind Power, John developed multiple e-commerce related start-ups firms. A 6thgeneration Texas rancher, John received the Family Land Heritage Award from the Texas Department of Agriculture. He earned a BBA from the University of North Texas, and holds a Texas real estate license, specializing in farm & ranch real estate.

Matt Mitchell
Director of Administration
As Director of Administration, Matt oversees day to day administrative operations from our office in Plano. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 2000 from Abilene Christian University and has been with us for 10 years. His background as a paralegal allows him to lend support to lead council and our real estate team in legal and site control areas including document drafting and management. He also handles virtual due diligence responsibilities for potential and existing business partners. In addition, Matt manages a number of responsibilities in regard to long term investor relationships.
